R E T U R N S

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days since purchase and your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Noting that shipping costs are non-refundable.

R E F U N D S

We will send you an email to inform you that we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also send an email if refund is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original, within a period ranging from 3 to 12 days.

You will shoulder all cost for shipping and returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

S A L E I T E M S

We can only refund items purchased at regular price. Items during promotion is not subject to refund.

E X C H A N G E S

To exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@carreauwatches.com and send your item to the shipping details. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
